"It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently."

π’ 1 LinkedIn Growth Tip
Pinned comments
So you've posted your post and are waiting for someone to "like" or "comment."
Right?
Here's what I'm suggesting.
How about you start the engagement first by adding pinned comments?
Here's what my series of pinned comments look like:
See, when you add your comments in the comments section, you make your audience's lives easier by replying to your comments.
What will you get out of this?
- High engagement
- Solid community
- Good reach
Actionable tip
Add at least 5 to 7 comments on your post.
Here are a few examples:
1. Add your newsletter
"π If you want to learn about how to grow your personal brand on LinkedIn, then you must not miss my newsletter. Here's the link: _____"
2. Make a confession
"π This is my confession: I'm quitting my full-time job today. Reason being _____. What's your confession?"
3. Give a bonus tip from your post
"π Bonus: Here's an underrated hack of personal branding you need to know. Do not ______."
Remember to add a "π" sign before each of your comments.
I mean, that's why it's called "pinned comments" in the first place...
Try it, and let me know how it went!

The 6P Storytelling Framework: A Guide to Crafting Compelling Narratives
Let's say you have shared your founder's story before.
Ask yourself these:
- What framework did you use?
- How did your story flow?
- What was the outcome?
If you've done all of them, awesome!
If not, that's even awesome!
Because I'm about to share something cool...
It's one of the most effective storytelling frameworks by Ash Rathod.
Hereβs what it looks like:
- Protagonist
- Present
- Problem
- Pit
- Progress
- Power
By following this framework, you create a clear and engaging storyline that resonates with your audience.
Actionable tip
1. Protagonist: Identify your main character.
"I struggled to find my voice in a crowded market.β
2. Present: Set the scene.
"I was in a small town (that nobody knew), spending days painting in my studio and dreaming of bigger opportunities."
3. Problem: Introduce the challenge.
"However, my art wasn't getting the recognition it deserves. I started having the fear I will never succeed."
4. Pit: Highlight the lowest point.
"A few days later, I faced harsh criticism from a local gallery, making me feel defeated. I lost it. I questioned my talent, and threw my paintings."
5. Progress: Show how they get out of the pit.
"My friends learned about my situation and they decided to help me. With a newfound determination, I worked on my new art style."
6. Power: Illustrate how they regain their power.
I showcased my new creations at a local art fair. To my surprise, I received an overwhelming praise. I got the drive to pursue my dreams, back.
That's it!
Try this framework today and watch your storytelling transform.
π Life Tip
Managing stress
41% of adults worldwide experience stress.
But how do they manage it?
I know you're busy with your professional and personal lives.
It's hard to even think about not being stressed.
Plus if you're a founder or an executive, that's a bonus stress.
If there's a problem, there must be a solution, isn't it?
If you're stressed with your commitments, here's what you can do.
Actionable tip
1. Two-minute rule
If something takes two minutes to get done, do it right away.
This will prevent minor tasks from overwhelming you.
2. Schedule "no meeting" days
This day should allow for some uninterrupted deep work.
This will reduce the stress of constant interruptions of back-to-back meetings.
3. Micro-meditations
Do it for 5 minutes in between meetings or during breaks.
This will help to reset your mind and reduce some stress.
See, you don't have do to all three of them.
All you have to do is start with one and do it regularly.
Once that becomes your habit, try another technique!
