When I say engage, it means:
- Liking others' posts
- Commenting on others' posts
When you do this before 30 minutes of posting, there are high chances of people:
- Checking out your posts
- Checking out your profile
What happens when people do that?
- They may DM you
- They may follow you
- They may connect with you
- They may engage with your posts
Remember, LinkedIn is a networking platform. So start engaging!

Staircase post format
This is one of my favourite formatting ideas by Jasmin Alic.
Your post will go either in ascending or descending order, just like a staircase.
I did descending order.
Here's what it looks like:
So, start making your posts look fun!

Do you judge people immediately?
You are walking.
And you accidentally overheard someone speaking.
Here's what one of the guys said:
"My brother is annoying."
Now, what do you think?
Here are 2 options:
1) His brother is annoying.
Or
2) I don't know what exactly happened.
Think about it.
If you see a door using a small hole, do you see everything?
No.
If you overhear a 3 line conversation from someone, do you know everything about them?
Obviously not.
So why do we judge people immediately, without knowing the full story?
Our lesson:
Never judge someone before knowing their story, and the other person's story.
